Lunchtime concert at Colston Hall

On Tuesday 5th September we travelled to Bristol to give a lunchtime concert in Colston Hall a lovely venue combining old and modern architecture set in the heart of the city. The main hall itself seats over 2000 and is a popular space for pop events, however we performed in the more intimate Hall 2 which is better suited to chamber music. Our programme included Mozart and Schubert's 'Death and the Maiden'- it was our first public performance of this iconic work. The audience were very enthusiastic and we had some pleasant and interesting conversations with them after the concert. A thoroughly enjoyable day.
